Scope of work This interior renovation was undertaken by the Sisters because the existing space no longer met their needs functionally, liturgically, or aesthetically. The Scope of work included:
- Floor plan revisions to make the Chapel handicapped accessible, to create a place for Eucharistic Reservation, to improve the entrance sequence (including the addition of a Baptismal Font), to improve the narthex as a place to gather and improve the Chapel's storage provisions.
- Improving the quality of light through the addition of a new lighting plan (with increased flexibility and control), and the addition of new contemporary stained glass windows.
- The design of new liturgical furnishings (including the Altar, Ambo, Tabernacle, Baptismal Font, Holy Oils Cabinet and vessels, and Processional Cross)
- The addition of architectural features to the interior that highlight sacramental and devotional areas.
- Improvements to interior finishes (including areas of Venetian stucco, new paint and new tile and carpet flooring).
- Design of new Oratory Chapel for Sisters that are unable to go to the main chapel including liturgical furnishings, and stations of the Cross
